Fudge Ingredients
4-1/2 cups of sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tall can of evaporated milk (how many ounces?)
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 ounces of German sweet chocolate
1 pint of marshmallow cream
2 cups of chopped nuts
Fudge Instructions
(1) Heat the sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk together and
boil the mixture for six minutes. (2) put the remaining ingredients
in a bowl and pour the boiling sweet milk mixture over them.
(3) beat until the chocolate is melted and all ingredients are
well blended. (4) Pour mixture in a pan and let it stand a few
hours before cutting into squares. This fudge tastes best if
it's stored overnight in a tightly sealed tin box or other container.
