Beer Cheese Recipe
My favorite appetizer cheese spread is based on
the cheese spreads often served in Kentucky and Wisconsin.
This recipe is made with cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, garlic,
dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and beer. You can make
a spicier version by adding horseradish and cayenne pepper.

VARIATION: For a spicier version of this recipe you can add a bit of horseradish and cayenne pepper, but be careful not to overdo it!
